Attention all string and piano students!
We are excited to announce the return of the ESME String Camp this summer of 2026, scheduled June 22nd through June 27th and held at the Aquinas College Art and Music Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan! Registration is open!
The ESME String Camp offers accessible and interactive programs designed by a diverse, world class faculty that includes musicians of the The Philadelphia Orchestra and The Detroit Symphony Orchestra.
Students will participate in private lessons with the faculty, chamber music and orchestra coachings, interactive workshops, masterclasses and concerts. Our programs offer a wide variety of interactive workshops with topics ranging from chamber ensemble playing to composing, body awareness and physical maintenance, practice techniques, beautiful tone production, rhythmic interplay, interactive improvisation, music entrepreneurship, intonation strategies and fingerboard mapping, conducting, introductions to recording and sound engineering, as well as classical and contemporary ballet derived warm up techniques for freeing muscle tension, improving…

This ticket is for the housing / room and board fee for students opting to stay overnight on campus during the camp. Includes a 7 night stay at an Aquinas College Suite on the Aquinas College campus for entire camp duration (check in: Sunday afternoon, June 21st/ check out Sunday morning, June 28th).

Special financing option: This ticketing option provides a "monthly installment payments" financing option to pay the camp tuition for up to 6 months. Each registering student/parent using this option must purchase 6 of these tickets at $88 per ticket by May 23rd 2026 to complete their camp registration.
